Parallette Swing-To-Handstand
- 1 - Place the parallettes at shoulder-width apart on a flat surface.
- 2 - Hold the parallettes with a firm grip, palms facing down, and your hands positioned shoulder-width apart.
- 3 - Begin in a hanging position, arms fully extended, with your body in a straight line.
- 4 - Initiate the swing by leaning your torso forward, allowing your body to move between the parallettes.
- 5 - As you swing forward, lift your legs upward, bringing them in line with your torso.
- 6 - As your legs reach the highest point, swing your body backward, extending your legs behind you.
- 7 - Lower your legs back down as you swing backward, returning to the starting position.
- 8 - Continue the pendulum-like swinging motion, coordinating the movement of your body and legs.
