Lying Crossover Knee Stretch
- 1 - Begin by lying flat on your back on a comfortable surface, such as a yoga mat.
- 2 - Extend your arms straight out to the sides to create a T-shape with your body.
- 3 - Bend your right knee and bring it across your body toward your left side. Keep your right foot flexed.
- 4 - Use your left hand to gently guide your right knee toward the ground while keeping your shoulder blades on the floor.
- 5 - You should feel a stretch in your right hip and lower back.
- 6 - Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds while taking deep breaths.
- 7 - Return your right knee to the starting position.
- 8 - Repeat the stretch by bending your left knee and bringing it across your body toward your right side, using your right hand to guide it down.
