- 1 - Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.

- 4 - Keep your arms close to your body during the jump.
- 5 - Reach the highest point of your jump while tucking your knees in.
- 6 - Extend your legs to prepare for landing.
- 7 - Land softly, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
- 8 - Immediately go into the next tuck jump.
