Tuck Jump
  1. 1 - Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat position.
  3. 3 - Explosively jump upward while pulling your knees toward your chest.
  4. 4 - Keep your arms close to your body during the jump.
  5. 5 - Reach the highest point of your jump while tucking your knees in.
  6. 6 - Extend your legs to prepare for landing.
  7. 7 - Land softly, bending your knees to absorb the impact.
  8. 8 - Immediately go into the next tuck jump.
