Massage Ball Upper Traps Release
- 1 - Stand with your back facing a squat rack or pole, ensuring it’s at a comfortable height.
- 2 - Take a small ball, such as a tennis ball or lacrosse ball.
- 3 - Place the ball between your upper trapezius and a squat rack or pole.
- 4 - Gently lean into the pole to apply pressure with the ball on the upper trapezius muscle.
- 5 - Begin rolling the ball up and down the upper trapezius area.
- 6 - Continue rolling for about 1-2 minutes to release tension in the upper trapezius.
- 7 - Repeat the process on the other side if needed.
