Cable Straight Arm Pulldown
  1. 1 - Attach a straight bar to the high pulley of a cable machine and adjust the weight to a level that you can comfortably lift.
  2. 2 - Stand upright with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
  3. 3 - Grasp the bar with an overhand grip and extend your arms straight out in front of you, keeping your palms facing down.
  4. 4 - Engage your core muscles by drawing your belly button in toward your spine.
  5. 5 - Pull the bar down toward your thighs, keeping your arms straight and your elbows close to your body.
  6. 6 - Hold the position for a second, feeling the contraction in your lats and your triceps.
  7. 7 - Slowly raise the bar back up to the starting position, keeping your arms straight.
  8. 8 - Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
