Floatation Therapy
  1. 1 - Research and select a reputable floatation center or spa in your area.
  2. 2 - Contact the center and schedule a floatation session. Choose a duration that suits your preferences, typically ranging from 60 to 90 minutes.
  3. 3 - Before entering the tank, you’ll be advised to shower in the provided facilities to remove oils, lotions, and contaminants from your skin.
  4. 4 - Consider using earplugs to prevent water from entering your ears if you’re sensitive to it.
  5. 5 - Enter the floatation tank or pod
  6. 6 - Enjoy the sensation of weightlessness as you float on warm saltwater inside the tank or pod.
  7. 7 - Use this time to relax, meditate, or simply enjoy the sensory isolation, disconnecting from external stimuli.
  8. 8 - At the end of your float, music or a gentle signal will indicate that your session is over. Exit the tank, shower again to rinse off the saltwater, and get dressed.
