Knee Circles
1 - Begin by standing with your feet together.
2 - Place your hands on your hips or keep them at your sides.
3 - Slowly bend your knees while keeping your feet together.
4 - As you bend your knees, move them to the left side, forming a circular motion.
5 - Continue bending your knees as you shift them to the right side.
6 - Complete the circular movement by bringing your knees back to the starting position.
7 - Stand back up to the initial position.
8 - After a number of repetitions, reverse the direction by making circular knee movements in the opposite direction (right to left).
