Barbell Hang Power Clean
- 1 - Start with the barbell on the floor, standing with your feet hip-width apart.
- 2 - Bend at your hips and knees to grip the barbell with both hands, hands just outside of your knees.
- 3 - Lift the barbell off the ground, keeping your back straight and chest up.
- 4 - Stand up explosively, extending your hips and knees to lift the barbell.
- 5 - Once the barbell reaches hip level, pull it upward, keeping it close to your body.
- 6 - As the barbell rises, quickly drop under it and catch it at shoulder level.
- 7 - Stand up to complete the lift, then lower the barbell back to the starting position.
