Crab Walk
  1. 1 - Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. 2 - Place your hands behind you with your fingers pointing away from your body, palms on the ground.
  3. 3 - Lift your hips off the ground by pushing through your hands and feet.
  4. 4 - Walk backward with your hands and feet in a crab-like motion.
  5. 5 - Keep your hips lifted and core engaged throughout.
  6. 6 - Continue walking backward for a set distance or time.
  7. 7 - To reverse direction, turn around and continue crab walking forward.
