Wheelbarrow
- 1 - Set up a strongman wheelbarrow apparatus, which consists of a frame with handles at the front and a wheel at the rear.
- 2 - Load weight plates or other heavy objects onto the wheelbarrow. The weight can vary depending on the event or competition.
- 3 - Stand in front of the wheelbarrow, grasp the handles firmly, and ensure that it’s balanced.
- 4 - Lift the handles off the ground, tilting the wheelbarrow so that the wheel is off the ground.
- 5 - Begin walking with the wheelbarrow, pushing it forward or carrying it, depending on the design of the apparatus and the rules of the event.
- 6 - Walk for a specified distance or for as long as you can manage while keeping the wheelbarrow under control.
- 7 - To complete the event, stop and safely lower the wheelbarrow to the ground.
