Seated Twist
  1. 1 - Begin in a comfortable seated position with your legs extended.
  2. 2 - Bend your right knee and place the foot outside your left thigh.
  3. 3 - Place your right hand on the floor behind you, fingers pointing away.
  4. 4 - Inhale, lengthening your spine, sitting up tall.
  5. 5 - Exhale, twist to the right, bringing your left elbow to the outside of the right knee.
  6. 6 - Bring your left hand to the floor behind you, fingers pointing away.
  7. 7 - Turn your head to the right, looking over your right shoulder.
  8. 8 - Hold the twist, breathing steadily. Inhale to lengthen, exhale to deepen the twist. Repeat on the other side.
