Box Step-Up
  1. 1 - Stand in front of a sturdy box or bench, with your feet about hip-width apart.
  2. 2 - Step onto the box with one foot, ensuring your entire foot is on the box.
  3. 3 - Push through the heel of the stepping foot to lift your body up onto the box.
  4. 4 - As you step up, engage your glutes and quadriceps.
  5. 5 - Straighten your stepping leg fully at the top, and ensure both feet are on the box.
  6. 6 - Carefully step back down, leading with the same foot, and return to the starting position.
  7. 7 - Repeat the movement for your desired number of repetitions, then switch to the other foot.
