  1. 1 - Begin with your hands comfortably extended in front of you, palms facing down.
  2. 2 - Gradually extend each finger, tapping them to your thumb one at a time.
  3. 3 - Emphasize controlled movements, ensuring each finger taps the thumb independently.
  4. 4 - Start with the index finger, followed by the middle, ring, and pinky fingers, tapping each to the thumb.
  5. 5 - Continue the sequence, repeating the finger taps in a rhythmic and controlled manner.
  6. 6 - Aim for smooth transitions between finger taps, maintaining coordination.
  7. 7 - After completing the sequence with one hand, switch to the other hand and repeat.
  8. 8 - Maintain a consistent pace throughout the exercise, focusing on precision and control in your finger movements.
