Dumbbell Box Step-Ups
  1. 1 - Place a sturdy box or bench in front of you. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.
  2. 2 - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart in front of the box, facing forward.
  3. 3 - Step onto the box with one foot, ensuring your entire foot is on the box. Press through your heel to lift your body up onto the box.
  4. 4 - Stand tall with both feet on the box, straightening your hips and knees at the top of the movement.
