Kettlebell Lunge With Twist
  1. 1 - Stand up straight with a kettlebell in both hands held close to your chest.
  2. 2 - Take a step forward with one foot into a lunge position. Keep your back straight.
  3. 3 - While in the lunge, twist your torso and the kettlebell over your forward leg.
  4. 4 - Untwist and return to the starting position.
  5. 5 - Repeat the lunge and twist on the other leg.
