Ez Bar Preacher Curl
- 1 - Set up a preacher curl bench and adjust the height so that your armpits are resting comfortably on the top of the bench.
- 2 - Grab the EZ bar with an underhand grip, with your hands placed shoulder-width apart on the angled grips.
- 3 - With your arms extended, place the back of your upper arms against the angled pad and rest your chest against the pad.
- 4 - Keeping your elbows stationary and close to the pad, curl the bar up towards your shoulders.
- 5 - Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the bar back down to the starting position.
- 6 - Repeat for your desired number of repetitions.
