Barbell Front Raise
  1. 1 - Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and holding a barbell with both hands using an overhand grip, with your hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. 2 - Hold the barbell at thigh level with your arms fully extended, palms facing down.
  3. 3 - Keeping your arms straight and maintaining a slight bend in your elbows, lift the barbell up to shoulder level, keeping it close to your body
  4. 4 - Hold the barbell at shoulder level for a brief moment, then slowly lower it back down to the starting position.
  5. 5 - Repeat for the desired number of reps.
