Kettlebell Turkish Get-Up
- 1 - Lie on your back with a kettlebell in one hand, arm extended toward the ceiling.
- 2 - Bend your knee on the same side as the kettlebell, foot flat on the floor.
- 3 - Extend the opposite arm outward at a 45-degree angle.
- 4 - Roll onto your side, using your free arm for support, and transition to a seated position.
- 5 - Move from the seated position to a kneeling position while keeping the kettlebell overhead.
- 6 - Stand up from the kneeling position, maintaining the kettlebell overhead.
- 7 - Reverse the movement to return to the starting position, going from standing to kneeling, then to a seated position.
- 8 - Safely release the kettlebell once you’re back in the starting position.
