This grip strength accessory program is designed to complement a regular gym routine, providing targeted training to enhance grip strength and endurance for climbers or weightlifters. In addition to two grip strength finishers which can be completed at the end of a normal gym workout, one climbing or bouldering session is included each week to maintain climbing-specific skills. By progressing through each phase, participants can expect improved finger and hand strength, allowing for greater proficiency in challenging climbing scenarios.
