
Tri Ready
The Tri Ready program is a 12-week triathlon training plan designed to prepare you for a Sprint or Olympic distance triathlon. With three progressive phases—Base Building, Build Training, Peak Training—you’ll build endurance, strength, and race-specific skills to perform at your best.
Each week includes approx. 10 workouts: 3 swims, 3 bikes, 3 runs (some as brick sessions), and 2 strength training sessions, along with one rest day. Sessions range from 30 to 90 minutes, balancing efficiency with results. The program gradually increases intensity and volume every few weeks, ensuring continuous progress without risking overtraining.
