Australian Men’s 8+ Rower and Tokyo Olympian, Tim Master’s, shares what he thinks it takes to make it into an elite-level rowing squad. This gruesome 10-week Program includes two 5-week training blocks, consisting of approximately 10-15 workouts per week. The first block focuses on building aerobic capacity and hypertrophy, whilst the second block incorporates more speed work, strength-training, and high-intensity pieces to get you race ready. There is a unique blend of rowing, ergometer, cross-training, weightlifting, and core sessions throughout the program. 

Tim also shares exclusive insight into how he approaches training, nutrition, and recovery, so that you can gain a competitive edge into how an Olympic thinks and goes about their day-to-day.
