Description: A challenging 12-minute EMOM that alternates between kettlebell swings and push-ups. This workout will test your upper-body strength and endurance while keeping up a relentless pace.
Workout Structure:
• Odd Minutes: 12 Kettlebell Swings
• Even Minutes: 12 Push-ups
Repeat for 12 minutes
Recommended Weights:
Males: 24 kg kettlebell
Females: 16 kg kettlebell
Goal: Complete the prescribed reps within each minute, alternating exercises every minute while maintaining form.
