Workout Structure:
• Minute 1: 10 Dumbbell Push Press
• Minute 2: 12 Jumping Lunges (6 per leg)
Repeat for 12 minutes
Recommended Weights:
Males: 22.5 kg dumbbells
Females: 15 kg dumbbells
Goal: Complete the reps within each minute, maintaining form and intensity while alternating exercises every minute.
