Type: EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) – 10 Minutes
Description: Experience lightning-fast intensity with this 10-minute EMOM. Alternate between jumping lunges for explosive leg power and dumbbell snatches for total-body strength. Push yourself to complete both exercises before the next minute starts.
Workout Structure:
• Minute 1: 10 Jumping Lunges (5 per leg)
• Minute 2: 10 Dumbbell Snatches (5 per arm)
Repeat for 10 minutes
Recommended Weights:
Males: 22.5 kg dumbbell
Females: 15 kg dumbbell
Goal: Complete both exercises within each minute, resting with the remaining time until the next round begins.
