Description: Close out your workout with this intense 5-minute AMRAP. Box jumps, kettlebell deadlifts, and Russian twists target your legs, core, and posterior chain, ensuring a comprehensive and challenging finisher.
Workout Structure:
• 5 Box Jumps
• 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
• 15 Russian Twists (each side)
Recommended Weights:
Males: 24 kg kettlebell, 60 cm box
Females: 16 kg kettlebell, 50 cm box
Goal: Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes, focusing on form and steady pacing.
